The site is located at the end of the Cortes Valencianas Avenue, in front of the Conference Centre. Due to its privileged situation, together with the Conference Centre and the Hotel complex configure “the access door” to Valencia and an arrival point of Ademuz, one the most dynamic axes of the city.   In this context it’s proposed a different architecture, slightly expressionist, dreamy and realistic. It’s released of the fixed forms that other times asphyxiate it, where creativity finds stimulus within the strict fulfilment of the actual norm.

The building it’s been constructed partially free from its characteristic volumetry and it’s crowned by an undulating deck visible from the skyscrapers around. The Casino has two floors above the ground and three under, the last two for parking. The main façade faces the Cortes Valencianas Avenue and moves back to create a monumental staircase that welcomes you to the main access. This movement creates a truly urban hall that works as transition space between the public and private space.

Above this space flies a powerful marquee in boat’s shape covered by composite polyester that accompanies the visitor to the main Hall.

Due to the near skyscrapers situation, the deck will be a visible element so it’s been treated as the fifth façade, taking care of the different spaces for installations and minimizing the visual impact. Its shape adapts the movement to the solar receiver necessities.

The building is organized in two different sized parallel zones. The first one, nearer to the façade absorbs every public space and the second one, a spine of vertical circulations, space for installations and employees. The specific game uses are situated in ground and first floor with different access for public or workers.
